Purchase and return policies

Purchasing Policies.

You can purchase all of our products from the catalogs displayed in our online store.

All our prices are calculated in Mexican pesos.

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, they will be added to your shopping cart. In this case, you must select the "View Cart" option, where you can modify your order. If you are sure about your purchase, select "Checkout/Complete Purchase," where you must fill in your personal information, your delivery address, and then select your preferred payment option. (See payment policies below.)
Please check that all shipping address information is correct and complete, as the success of your delivery depends on this.

Orders are shipped as is, the product was selected at the time of purchase. Our system does not allow modifications, so please review your order carefully.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email from us within 24 hours with order information.
Once the money has been credited to our account, the order will be shipped to your home. (See Shipping Policies below.)

If you have discount coupons, they must be entered at the time of purchase, and only one discount coupon may be applied per purchase.

 

Payment Policies .

Electronic transfer/Bank deposit/Payment at Oxxo
If your payment is via transfer, bank deposit, or payment at Oxxo, please send proof of payment to info@mexicabrs.com
Once the payment has been reflected in our account, we will send you an email confirming payment and another email with the tracking number for your order.

Payment with Paypal
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your order number to confirm your order with PayPal.
Paypal is our intermediary for electronic payments, you must have a PayPal account linked to your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card, if you do not have an account and want to obtain one, visit http://bit.ly/oSqElX
Once the payment has been reflected in our account, we will send you an email confirming payment and another email with the tracking number under which your order is shipped.

Payment by credit card

Once your purchase is made, you will receive an email from us confirming your payment. In the same email, you will find your order number with which you can track your order, and another email with the tracking number under which your order travels.

Exchange and Return Policies .

Refunds and cancellations of purchase orders may be made as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse (approximately 2 days after confirmation of your payment/purchase).
Any situation that arises due to exchange or return must be notified by email to info@mexicanbrs.com, sending a description of the problem or reason for the return, a photo in case of a manufacturing defect, and a copy of your purchase order.
All products purchased from Mexican Aprons can be exchanged or returned for credit in our online store within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a product return, it must have all of its tags and original packaging, and must be unused and free of visible defects caused by other factors, which will be subject to Mexican Aprons' consideration.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
If the product is returned due to a manufacturing or factory defect, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. Once our team has analyzed the product and determined it to be a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs may be refunded, and the product will be exchanged for another of equal value. Exchanges and returns of products not purchased on our website www.mexicanbrs.com are not accepted.

Shipping Policies .

The service and cost are calculated for delivery only within the Mexican Republic. If you require international shipping, please contact us at Info@mexicanbrs.com.

Once your purchase and payment are confirmed, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company your order is traveling with, so you can track it directly.

The courier will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If they don't find you, your order will be returned to our facilities, and you will be required to pay for a new delivery.
