After thorough testing and error on each of our products, we've sourced the finest raw materials to offer a lifetime guarantee on our aprons. We take care of every detail when making each of our aprons because we want you to have a high-quality, comfortable, and durable product. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products upon receipt, you can return it to us for repair, replacement, or refund within the first 10 calendar days of your purchase. *Custom orders (including embroidery, laser engraving, and prints) and worn and washed items cannot be returned.
*The lifetime warranty does not apply in the following cases
*Please note that wear and tear and any resulting loss are not covered under the warranty.
* When used in situations other than normal, when altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, when the product shows physical damage due to misuse.
*We do not repair fabric discoloration due to chemical spills, oil, or ink pens.
* Damage due to improper washing of your fabric (high heat) will not be repaired either.
We will repair anything that appears to have failed under normal use, such as weak stitching and hardware.
All repairs are done free of charge.
Who pays for shipping?
You send us your product for any necessary repairs, and we'll pay the return shipping! Your product(s) will be returned via ground shipping.
